We ‘re not the biggest or the smallest agency, but as Goldilocks would say, we are just right!  We have a large enough staff to handle all of your needs, but we’re small enough to keep the journey personal. This is not just a business to us, we know that people’s lives and happiness are at stake and we do our best to keep everything on course with the ideal outcome – a smooth journey for Gestational Surrogates and Egg Donors, and a healthy baby for Intended Parents.

Through our years of experience, we have learned what is needed to make successful matches with Intended Parents, Gestational Surrogates and Egg Donors.

Okay, we don’t mean to brag here, but we know for a fact that we have much higher standards than most other agencies. Of course, there are other good ones, but most agencies are just not as selective as we are.  We turn down about 90% (or possibly more) of the Gestational Surrogate applicants, and when it comes to Egg Donors, we only accept the best.  We’ve looked at other agency’s profiles and have discovered that we do more comprehensive screening for both our Egg Donors and Surrogates

Doctors, lawyers, psychologists, escrow companies and other professionals that we regularly work with tell us we are better organized, more communicative, more transparent and kinder. We take all of this very seriously – your journey and your health and your experience are of the highest importance. 

From our inception, we have felt that any person that wants to be a parent deserves to be one. We don’t discriminate based on your age, gender, sexual orientation, relationship status, or where you live. We want to help you become parents!

While there are some restrictions for Surrogates based on laws and clinic requirements, we work with all religions, colors and legally permissible heritages.

Over half of our Intended Parents live in or have citizenship in other countries. We understand the needs and considerations that are specific to them and the country they are living in. If we don’t, we call upon our wide network of top professionals who have the necessary expertise. We feel it is our responsibility to keep up-to-date on the most current and correct information for you and your baby. 

Our Egg Donors come from all over the US (and some internationally), and our Gestational Surrogates are from all surro-friendly states.

We have never been sued or had any legal action brought against us.  This is an important thing to mention in light of the fact that there have been several surrogacy agencies (some that were large and  in business for many years) that have committed fraud and stolen money.

We let you know everything and anything that you want. We are above board, honest and transparent. Why wouldn’t we be?

While money is a part of almost all surrogacy and egg donation journeys, we want to take the worry out of it for everyone.  So know that, we have your piece of mind on our minds when it comes to funds.

For Intended Parent/s', we do not directly hold any of your money.  All funds needed (outside of our agency fee) go into a bonded escrow account held by a third-party company or by your fertility lawyer.  Beware of agencies that holds your money in an agency-owned account. This is how many of the fraudulent agencies take advantage of their Intended Parents. Intended Parents will be notified of every dollar that is spent and what the expense is for and will receive monthly statements regarding their escrow account. 

For Egg Donors and Surrogates you can be certain that their fees and expenses will always be paid or reimbursed according to the contract that everyone signs. You are doing an awesome job and we want to take the financial worry out of it.

While the industry standard is to use online background check services, we prefer a more personal touch and work with two retired police detectives to directly do the work. These detectives not only run online checks but interview the Surrogates directly and follow up on anything questionable or unclear that the reports might bring up. In other words, experienced eyes look at the reports, not just an administrative assistant at an agency.
